1. The promotion is active between 1 September and 31 October 2009, and details of the Google™ $100 AdWords credit will be automatically sent to the customer upon registration of the relevant product purchased, provided the relevant software is installed and registered by 2 November 2009. Twelve month Reckon Advantage membership will be activated upon registration of the relevant product.

2. Google $100 AdWords credit must be applied to a new AdWords account within 14 days of creating the account and is valid only for new Google AdWords customers with self-managed signup accounts. Advertisers will be charged for advertising that exceeds the promotional credit. Advertisers will need to suspend their ads if they do not wish to receive additional charges beyond the free credit amount. Advertisers with self-managed signup accounts are subject to a ten Australian dollar (AU$10) activation fee.
   

3. The $100 Google AdWords credit and 12 month Reckon Advantage membership available on QuickBooks Accounting 2009/10, Retail Point of Sale Lite 2009/10 and Retail Point of Sale Professional 2009/10.
